Welcome to Doughboy Wrestling Club
The FALL session schedule will continue with the all inclusive schedule for our athletes. They will be able to maximize this schedule to their full benefit. It will include strength training, wrestling technique in all three phases, chain wrestling, situational live and our Sunday "Wake Up" workout.
A cut above the common wrestling clinics or classes, a place where a serious young athlete will be given the greatest opportunity to achieve their goals of winning at the highest levels. An old-school, no-nonsense approach to setting theirs sights on what might seem unachievable today but with discipline and hard work easily within their grasp tomorrow.
We offer cutting edge instruction on Technique, Tactical Skills, Mental Skills and Physical Skills. Winning is not the goal, but the by-product of all that we do to prepare for competition. These four factors are all progressed throughout our training sessions, enabling our Doughboys to not just compete but beat the best the country has to offer.
Ultimately, the individual athlete is responsible to commit to the Doughboy Wrestling Club philosophy. Once they do the sky is their limit!
Working with a select and limited group of like-minded individuals allows our experienced and talented instructors to work without distractions or interruptions. At a high organized pace our athletes excel in chain wrestling with the highest percentage of success. These moves are drilled to pure detail.
